Key Responsibilities:
📌Support end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee records
📌Assist in daily HR operations and employee-related matters across departments
📌Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies
📌Suggest improvements to enhance HR processes and employee experience

What We’re Looking For:
📌Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
📌0–2 years of experience (Fresh grads encouraged)
📌Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
📌Fast learner, self-motivated, dynamic, and organized
📌Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
📌Probation performance based on: timely task completion, 100% record accuracy, and HR skill progress
